Neo=American!
It came!
It came!
It came!
No longer a green card holder, our son is a full-fledged U.S. citizen!

I went to the post office today with a receipt for certified mail (and a few other things to mail while I was there). The lady gave me the envelope containing Neo's certificate, and also a customs slip to fill out for the package I was mailing. Well, I moved over to another counter to fill out the customs slip, but I was so teary and sniffley from opening Neo's COC , that she brought me over a box of tissues and said, 'This is nice, usually people are upset when they get certified mail, it's nice to see someone so happy about what they got!'
Then, the man behind me in line came over and said, 'Before I go I wanted to come over and say, 'Congratulations!'' (I may, or may not have yelled out to everyone in the post office, 'It's my son's certificate of citizenship!').
