I Fought the Yard, and the Yard Won.

I love working in the yard. I love weeding. I love mowing. I love using the weed-eater. I love it all. But it doesn't love me back.

First, I threw my back out a few weeks ago, trying to start the lawn mower. Which never did start. Rrrr.

Then, last week...poison oak.

Day one:
Looks like a botox job gone bad.

Day two:
Scary, puffy eyes.

Day three:
Looking better.

Day four and five:
Looking and feeling great!

Day six:
Are you serious! Josh - take me to the doctor!!

5 days on the meds and I am feeling like I almost have my face back to normal! Whew. And, the yard isn't all bad, check out this beautiful visitor from last week!
